Nothing is wrong with wanting to be the best you can be. Being healthy is so much more than just working out and following a diet. It is more than detoxing or drinking more water every day. Being healthy is choosing what is best for you. This pertains to what is on the inside and the outside. Being healthy is taking care of your mental health, your nutrition, and your body. Here at Writely Me, we compiled a list some of our favorite ways to take care of our health. 1. 30-Minute Tabata Workout

Emily over at My Healthyish Life  gives a great demonstration on a workout you can try at the gym or at home. It is called the Tabata workout and it is only 30 minutes long. It is a high-intensity workout so be prepared to get red in the face! The best part is the only equipment you need are dumbells and a step.

She stresses that where dieting is helpful it is important to choose a diet that is most beneficial to you. Not one diet is better than the other. Be true to yourself.

Jeanette over at jeanettemorelan.com provides a fantastic grocery list for clean eating! Ever wanted to start meal prepping more? Feel like you aren't getting all of the nutrients you need? Or maybe you just want to eat healthier? This is the perfect grocery list for you. Jeanette even breaks the list down into what you need for the pantry, the freezer, the fridge, and even for treating yourself. There are even times on when you should go shopping for certain things. Having the right tools is always essential to eating right, which is why we love this list!

Anxiety is a very common thing, and it is serious. I have a lot of friends who struggle with anxiety, and I have seen how it has impacted their lives. She relates to anxiety because she deals with it too which makes it just that much more influential. It is a definite must read if anxiety is something you encounter. 15. Invest in your Health

There is no greater purchase than the one for taking care of yourself. I learned this the hard way. It was to the point where I was spending my days on little to no sleep, completely stressed out, and drinking 3-4 cups of coffee just to make it through. It wasn't until I finally decided to put my foot down and take the leap for myself. My friend introduced me to a product called Thrive.  I have more energy, positivity, motivation, and can focus on my daily tasks without stressing out. 

Thrive has been a major life changer. I finally feel like I am taking care of myself the right way. My workouts are more fun and I don't need a nap afterward. Filling my nutritional gap has allowed me to start truly loving myself. I am not the only life that has been changed. There are many stories from others as well which really urged me to take this leap.
